The home at 4883 Calderon Road is infested with black toxic mold. This home is deadly and has been declared uninhabitable by the Department of Health in Los Angeles.

This property is a health hazard. The walls are infested with black toxic mold which has been proven by conclusive reports by several licensed professional businesses. All of the companies found that the home is infested with dangerous levels of stachybotrys (black toxic mold); aspergillus; penissilium and other molds. The air quality is extremely poor and there are other strong chemical smells due to the chemicals used by the owner to try to conceal the mold by patching/painting over it.

This home is not permitted to be rented due to it being uninhabitable. The public records are available through the Department of Health and the Department of Building and Safety in Los Angeles.

The home is toxic and each licensed professional that inspected the home (there were 6) concluded that the home needs hundreds of thousands of dollars in work which includes remediation, replacement of roof, gas line, water leak, replacement of faulty doors and windows, etc.

The roof is dilapidated and is not safe from water intrusion. This home has had extensive water damage which shows through the walls and ceilings and in the overall smell in the home.

Professional water damage experts and mold inspectors have concluded that it will take no less than 2 months to complete the proper remediation in all of the walls of this home and would only be conducive after the roof has been replaced.

There is a long list of other code violations.

Beware of this home. It is extremely toxic. It is not safe for habitability.
