Ya this guy Richard Casey sent me an e-mail wanting to set me up with a merchant account. He stated I had to wire him 199.00 dollars application fee. After i wired the money He failed to set my account up and has failed to reply back to any of my e-mails. So i had to make a police report.Dont beleive anything this guys tells you he is a liar and a theif
