I beleive it was around 7 months ago when I recieved a call from worldwide preferred. They called me several times telling me i won a drawing. I told them I didnt want the prize and they offered me a subscription for $39.00 a month for three months.
A day after I subscribed, I felt like something was odd with it, so I called the number back and the girl told me I couldn't cancel, which I was not aware of. I told her I wanted to speak with the manager and she came back and said I could cancel for $93.99. I told her to cancel it but she said I was still going to get the three months because I paid for it.
Now I have recieved a letter from Credit Report and collections saying I owe $800. I was not aware that I even owed the $800 and they already send it to collections. They ripped me off by misleading me that I canceled the Membership and now I cant even get a hold of them because every time I call their inbox is full.

World Wide Preferred Publishing Service fixed my problem!

I finally got a hold of WorldWide preferred customer service. It turns out that my account was canceled, but it slipped through the administrative office and they passed it to credit report and collections.
They helped clear up this mess and disputed the charges. Although customer service kindly helped me through this process, I would highly recommend to have them CLEARLY state the terms of the membership.
I was mislead to believe it was a 3 month membership, but its really 60 months. Also, you have within 3days to cancel the membership with a fee. Just be careful and know the complete terms before signing up for any membership.
