Worldwide Tracers Adoption Search Bureau, Kirk Rutherford, Monda Schoonover suckered in with "contest" Arlington, Texas

Worldwide Tracers solicited me with brochures for years.   They came out with an alleged contest through which the winner could get a complete adoption search for under $300.  Having been disabled since 1995,

trying to live on less than $500 per month, I was fearful of paying out that much money.  Kirk Rutherford pressured and talked me into it.  This was 2004.

My "case" was handed over to Monda Schoonover.   No one made it easy.   Phone calls unanswered, intervals between my inquiries changed from monthly to longer and longer.  What is the difference, they only corresponded when they wanted more money.  I ended up paying almost $700 with credit cards.

Kirk Rutherford closed my case when I complained via email after more than 4 years of filling out forms, trying to FAX info, mailing info.  I didn't know this until 2011 when I filed with the Better Business Bureau. I have also filed with the state's attorney.  As far as I know, there has not been any action taken there.

$700 is a brutal amount of money for me to lose.  Rutherford has been abusive when he has emailed me back. I can't believe the law hasn't done something to right these wrongs.
