I was contact my a marketing company concerning great deals for vacations in various locations. I should have google summer bay resorts before actually buying but the thought just did not cross my name. The offer including 3 great discounted vacations. I almost forgot about them when the marketing company contact me by phone and I purchase an additonal 2 more getaways.

Anyway, I booked the trip to Orlando for 4 nights 3 days. I was told on the phone that I would receive 4 adult tickets to any parks in Orlando. I also had to pay the taxes for the hotel in advance. I still thought I was getting a really deal.

They told me over the phone that I had to go thru a one hour tour of their timeshare and then they would give me the tickets for the parks. I schedule my day around this one hour sale tactic.

I arrived in Clermont, Florida to at their information center and they gave me an voucher for the Holiday Express. I asked about the 4 tickets to parks. At that point they told me that my package only included 2 tickets. I thought how strange since I asked several times over the phone ..how many tickets would I receive and the person kept saying over and over again 4 tickets.

I check in to the hotel and they informed me of other additional charge of $21. I thought well now that is 2 lies. Because I asked the person over the phone several times and any additional charges. It did not bother me at all the $21 but the fact they lied was somewhat alarming. At the hotel I was awake until 1 am because there was a bus load of teenagers staying at the hotel. They were in and out of their rooms until about 1 am.

The next morning I went to my appt at 9 am. When I was signing up for my timesharing appt I was explaining to the clerk that I was unhappy about all the lies the company had already told me and I had a trust issue with them. Their sales manager came up and started almost yelling at me in front of my daughter and my 3 year old grandson. I have never been treated so unfairly and disrespectful in my life. The man was very anger and I really was so surprised I did not really react very much because I was exhausted from lack of sleep. Anyway, I asked for his name and he just really angry at me.

Next, the appt that was so suppose to be one hour. I told the young lady she had exactly one hour for her presentation. She then informed me that her presentation would be at least 90 mins. I was fine because I just wanted to get this whole thing over with. After spending 2 hours and 30 mins she was trying to close the deal. When I told her I was not going to buy the timeshare at this time but I would consider a later date she told me that I would not get my 2 tickets for the parks.  I told her I did not care if she gave me the tickets or not. Then she said she was going to get her manager so that she would talk to us. I felt like hostage and as soon as she left ...me and my daughter and grandson we all ran out of the building!
