In early August of 2012, my wife and I, both Attorneys, were contacted by a " Joe Martin " , who claimed he was a Title agent for Worldwide Vacation Marketing, out of Deland, Fl. We were told there was a pending sale on our Whyndam vacation property, which we do use frequently. We have never once considered the thought of selling.    


He insisted the "Buyer " was right in front of him, and was willing to pay us $100,000.00 for a unit we paid $500.00 just for the points..500,00 points. As we got a laugh out of this clown, it became he obvisous he was highly under the influence of drugs and alcohol, also very desperate.

When we told him we were not interested, he hung up, only to call back the next day under a different name, but same phone #, same voice, same desperation. Jokingly, we called his bluff, said we were Doctors, and how can we help him? His response? "Can you get me a narcotic prescription?"

We use the FDLE Database for our business, and his real name is " Joseph Marin ", and he done several prison stints for Timeshare Fraud.Most people learn from past mistakes, not this guy. We went along with his game for a week, each time he used a different name,same #727-657-5582.
