While processing the account, we got finaly an email from Richard :
"Congratulations... You have been Approved...Your
Headaches are over. We will Start Building your gateway. You have been approved
(...)
Your Temporary MID # is XXXXXXXXXX .
We will Email you your merchant account virtual terminal and all the
details with the Processing Bank who is building your gateway only after a wire
transfer for 295.00 US for application fee is deposited not before. (...)"
After sending this wire transfer, we got no news and after doing a followup, Richard said that the "Bank" has changed his mind, so no open creation and no money back. I would never pay this fees without being sure that i have an open account.
This person tried to convince us to pay to get the account opened since it was approved, but it was simply a false information. I just lost 295$ but i am glad i didn't loose 500$ like the other person, i should have seen the other report before posting.
One advise, please stay away from worldwidemerchantconnect.com
