Beware! Stay away from doing business with scam artist at Wow. Wow Auto Deals sold me a car under false pretenses! I purchased a 2010 Jetta VW with only 15, 000 miles on it at the time on 3/26/2012. The sales guy told me I was getting a deal. He claimed he pulled the carfax for me and there was no reported damage on the car. I signed no sellers agreement papers stating i've been informed about the frame damaged on reported on the car. I bought it for 14k and had it delivered to my address in GA four weeks afterwards. Noticed interior damage and a bad paint job on hood but thought it was only cosmetic damage at the worst I could probably fix minor issues myself so I never made a complaint. Now in May 2014 I had a collision with a deer got repairs done on my car I took it to the VW dealership to get my vehicle appraised for the current value of my car since I had the issue with the deer and the dealership imforms me my vehicle suffered frame damage back in March 08, 2012 according to the car fax 18 days before I purchased my vehicle and was only worth estimately $4,500 but should've been worth around $11, 000 given if It didn't suffer structural frame damage back in 2012. I got ripped off three time the actual cost of vehicle because the Wow Auto sales man failed to imform me of accident made on carfax reported on carfax I paid extra for before sale in order to sale thecar. I would have never bought this car if I knew of damage and I specifically told him I'm not interest in purchasing a vehicle with frame damage or have been in accidents!

You sent your money off to somebody you don't know to buy a used car you've never seen! Guess what? You received exactly what you paid for! How dumb!

Wow Auto Deals pulled a non disclosure on me to sale me a car that's been in an accident two weeks prior to me purchasing it from them. Charged me to pull the car fax and told me there where no accidents reported which was a lie that I just found out about when I tried to sale my car back to a Volkswagen dealership. They pulled the car fax and said usually your car would've been worth 11k but because it's been in an accident it's only worth around 4500 and they would not accept my car as a buy back. I was in absolute shock even tho I did see minor cosmetic damage on the car I had no clue there was major body/ frame damage on the car. I paid $14,000 cash for this VW Jetta 2010 two years ago from Wow Auto Deals Llc in Ft. lauderdale FL. Im in the mist of trying to get my money back also. You are not alone and you are not stupid just alittle too trusting in Wow Auto Deals thinking they had your best interest in mind and thinking they would protect their consumers. They are great con-artist at Wow and it's been a lesson learned.
