Wow Auto Deals pulled a non disclosure on me to sale me a car that's been in an accident two weeks prior to me purchasing it from them. Charged me to pull the car fax and told me there where no accidents reported which was a lie that I just found out about when I tried to sale my car back to a Volkswagen dealership. They pulled the car fax and said usually your car would've been worth 11k but because it's been in an accident it's only worth around 4500 and they would not accept my car as a buy back. I paid $14,000 cash for this VW Jetta 2010 two years ago from Wow Auto Deals Llc in Ft. lauderdale FL. I've also discovered Wow Auto Deals have multiple complaints and lawsuits for fraudulent practices. I need a lawyer willing to work with me in getting my money back if possible.

One thing dealers fear most are customers who file complaints with the State Attorney General. If a dealer gets too many complaints, they could be fined or even have their license revoked. Here I leave you the link to the Florida state attorney General so you can star writing your complaints and get the help that you need myfloridalegal.com/Conta…

All you do is make nasty negative comments on anyone who makes a report about your fraudulent company Wow Auto deals. I don't know your affiliation to them but since you're so concern how about you guys stop taking advantage of ppl who only supported your business and maybe start making fair auto deals instead. Maybe you guys won't have so many complaints and lawsuits coming at you. Quit supporting fraud and thievery! You need mental assistance!

There was no "as is" agreement or paperwork

Most types of fraudulent activity that take place at auto dealerships can be characterized as either non-disclosures, or affirmative misrepresentations. Non-disclosures occur when a salesperson withholds information affecting the desirability or value of a vehicle. Examples include a failure to inform the customer that the vehicle was previously used as a rental, that it was involved in a collision or sustained other hidden damage, or that the vehicle’s warranty has expired.

"AS IS"

You bought the car "AS IS". If the paperwork says the car was in an "accident" then they are covered. If the paperwork says nothing about accidents, they are still covered because its an "AS IS" sale. Car Fax is NOT accurrate.
Please learn the difference between the following words and how they are used: "SALE", "SELL", "SOLD".
