WOW Earnings Won't pay for reading emails, refering friends, clicking banners, etc. or respond to email inquiries ripoff Brooklyn New York

I signed on to WOW Earnings to get paid for reading emails, clicking on banners, signing up for offers, etc.
I have reached the $25.00 mark (the necessary requirment for PayPal payments) and have requested payment. The website says that it pays within 72 hours of the request. That was weeks ago. They continue to send me paid emails, but have not honered my request for payment or responded to any of my email inquiries into this. I became curious and did a seach and was lead to a sight screwedcentral.com where I found others that had the same problem.

I also belond to Send Earnings which is named as a possible site affiliated with WOW Earnings. I have not reached the requirement for request for a payment through Send Earnings, but am curious to see if I will run into the same problem.
