Regardless, of what online statistics may say regarding this motorcycle dealership, it is NOT a good motorcycle dealership to patronize.. This [Marietta, Georgia] motorcycle dealership has got to be the WORSE, out of the many motorcycles dealerships that I have dealt with, [in the south] in my attempts to buy a motorcycle...

The staff, [male & female, whom do "customer service" over the phone] are the absolute WORSE!!!: Abusing & mistreating potential clientele of the business, even going so far as to discouraging you from buying from them, after they have engaged you in "recreational" customer service abuse" illegitimate sub-standards & practices They do this, by: Threatening you, [such as what the owners miserable secretary" CANDY has done to me] with "legal action" if you do not cease and desist in calling them: [This is after they have had enough of making fun of you, which would make you so angry, that you would call a multitude of times in respect to the mistreatment & abuse they have engaged you in] Telling you that she is having a private detective to track you down through your email address & or phone that your calling from, to have you prosecuted for harassing them by phone... [Though they are the ones to blame for this as they engaging you in their illegitimate sub-standards & practices of "recreational customer service telephone abuse"]

They also seem to employ some very ignorant minority males as well, whom also seem to engage you in threats & verbal abuse: I experienced this FIRST HAND, [and just recently] from a black male employee of wow motorcycles, whom went by the name of JAMES: Whom seem to be proud of the fact that he was a ignorant black southern male, & of whom also implied that he had "gang connections" that could "hunt" me down, faster than anyone law enforcement couldn't, & "take care" of me.... I kid you not: A very frightening & disturbing thing for a dealership such as this one to condone: Allowing black males employees, [or males of any race & or color that works for them] to threaten & intimidate people, they do not know....

This [particular] incident occurred to me short of 2 days ago, & it seems that no corrective measurements have been taken, [nor will be] since that time.... The non minority male & female staff isn't much better, either: As I have dealt with a number of them as well... Whom, are:

* Steven [General Manager, of the dealership]

They have many more employees, [of whom can be seen on their website] of whom I have not come in contact with as of this time, that I can say have not been abusive to me, though they do not do customer services & therefore, are not able to help in matters of customer services... [Regarding abuse, & or issues therein] I do not have a recommendation as of this time of a motorcycle dealership to refer anyone to, in the regard of buying a good used motorcycle: But I would strongly advice that you do not try & buy from THIS, dealer...

Where the owner [GUIDO] is, when trouble occurs, is beyond me... It seems that "HE", is NEVER around, & always out the country: Leaving the dealership to be ran at the mercy of the above mentioned buffoons/thugs, whom are going to [eventually] run it into the ground.... In my expressed opinion: I would [strongly] urge those whom are looking for a good used motorcycle, to stay clear of this [southern] motorcycle dealership, & not offer them patronage.... As the above mentioned [staff people] seem to have a number of issues: One of which is regarding their [anti] social dysfunctional behaviors, making it difficult to patronize them.... Though it is up to any individual whom reads this report, [warning] to make the choice in wanting to patronize them
