WowEarnings RIPOFF Doesn't credit Gold status, doesn't answer e-mail, doesn't pay for read e-mail Internet

I joined Wow Earnings in April. I immediatley sent them $17 through PayPal to become a Gold Member. (Gold membership, according to their web page has now gone up to $27). I was NEVER credited with gold membership status.

I have e-mailed them and e-mailed them over and over again about this and they have not once answered an e-mail.

So now I have reached the minimum payout through Pay Pal for read e-mails and have requested payment. Guess what? It's over a week and nothing! They're web site says 72 hours and payment will be made.

I keep going to the "payment request" page of my account and it just says that the request has been received and it is "pending". I have a feeling I will never be seeing this money.

Finally, there is no way to contact this site. They have no telephone number, no address. They only can be contacted by e-mail which they NEVER answer.
