I do not understand the problem. You had a warning then you kept doing it and got my account banned. This is all your fault and I didn't do anything. I asked you to be not do to it again and you did and my account was banned. I am out the upgrade to my account for $100 and I gave you almost $200 to level my account and get tier 8 gear. I never received anything from you and lost more. Give me my money back because you did not do what you said you would do. The time has long past when you should have been done. Why do you think that I should not get the money you owe me?

You stated that account was only shut down for 72 hours with paypal. That is true, but after that you had the account suspended. I have tried to get it back, but it does not look like they will give back to me. What am I supposed to do? I have asked for a refund because you have not delivered what I bought and I am also out the upgrades to that account. I did not do this--your people did, even after you got a warning and shut down for 72 hours. Please explain to me why I should not get a complete refund!

I still can't log into my account! I am not sure what you did, but I still do not have my account back. When can I expect my refund?
