I ordered a steamer straightener on 8/2/17. The charge came out of my account on 8/3/17. I received an email stating that they were backlogged and was working on my order. After two weeks I emailed them inquiring about my order, no response. A couple of days later I emailed them again, no response. I then filed a complaint with Shopify because when I follow the link they provided in the email, I receive this message below. I have since emailed Ellys World and still no response. I have now contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

WOWW FASHION ELLYS WORLD Ellys World ad on facebook for a steam hair straightening iron. On 07/24/2017 I purchased this item for $49.97 using my credit card. I received a confirmation of order #5957. It said allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I never received the iron and the website is shut down.
