Wozo.com llc Company Charged Me $29.99 Without My Authorization Boston, Massachusetts

I received an offer via one of my paid-to-earn sites, MatrixMails.com, offering one poster for only $0.99.  I selected my poster of choice and then proceeded to checkout and pay for this offer.  The final page of this offer said I would be charged $0.99 for the shipping for this poster.  I looked over the site very carefully before I submitted my order and my account information to pay for this offer. 

Shortly after submitting this offer my checking account was debited $0.99 for this offer.  A few days after submitting this offer I checked the balance in my checking account and I found that I was charged $29.99 by Hozo.com.

I contacted Hozo.com customer service about this and was told that I had agreed to their terms of service, signed up for a trial offer, and did not cancel before the four day deadline, so I was being charged the $29.99.  I asked to have the $29.99 refunded, but was told that there was nothing they could do.

There was no mention of the terms of service and the trial offer when I initially signed up to receive the poster for $0.99.  As I mentioned before, I carefully looked over the order form and the website before I submitted my information for this offer and there was no mention of the trial offer and the $29.99 monthly fee.  If I had seen this information, I definitely would not have signed up for this offer.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!  They are not legitimate and they do not disclose their policies when you order.
