This company has been charging my bank account for many months. I have called to cancel and customer service is very rude.

We apologize that Jaxxon07 did not have a positive experience when he contacted our Customer Care center. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction during each contact.

When Jaxxon07 called our Customer Care center, he requested that the account be closed and that he receive no further billing. He did not request refunds of charges that had already been billed. The representative with whom Jaxxon07 spoke cancelled the account as requested and provided Jaxxon07 with a cancellation number. Had Jaxxon07 requested refunds, the representative would have been happy to process these at the time of his call.

As a result of reading this complaint, we were able to locate Jaxxon07's iFriends account. At the time of signup, all of Jaxxon07's personal information, including address, email address, screenname, and credit card information, was provided and was verified as correct. If Jaxxon07 suspects that someone may have utilized his information without authorization, we urge him to file a police report so that this issue can be investigated.

As mentioned above, the account was cancelled at the time of Jaxxon07's phone call. Additionally, we have issued refunds (which he should see processed to his account within the next 7-10 business days) and we have permanently blocked all information used to create the account. If Jaxxon07 has any further questions, we encourage him to contact our Customer Care center (a toll-free call at 1-800-243-9726) and ask to speak to a supervisor.
