I have been charged $9.95 twice from ifriends and I never once confirmed any kind of charge to my account. I want this money to be refunded and the billings to stop.

Unfortunately, Bengalcats did not provide enough information for us to be able to find his iFriends account. We want to take care of the issue that Bengalcats has discussed, so we strongly encourage him to contact our Customer Care department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US).

A regular iFriends membership is free; however, each customer has the option to upgrade to a premium Elite membership, which carries a monthly fee. This fee is clearly disclosed in advance and the customer must elect to have this type of membership. The $9.95 that Bengalcats discussed in his report sounds like it might be the monthly membership charge for the premium Elite membership.

As stated above, we will be happy to refund the charges, cancel the account, or take any other steps necessary to assure Bengalcats' complete satisfaction. Again, we urge him to contact us so that we can do so.

Our company has an exemplary 11-year-record with all of the leading consumer protection agencies, and we are an industry leader in the development of model online consumer best practices.
