This company is worthless.....I signed up for a trial to see what it was they claimed i went to a part that was able to be charged, that was not true at all, i checked every time i changed screens and nothing at all said about being charged
I called there customer service and they claimed that i did go in to a charged area, and they could see where i went, i told them they were incorrect and something must of be done in error, the guy kept up saying that i did it and he understood that i did not meant to go there but it happen, which i never did in the first place.
He said he has been working there for five years and he has seen this happens all the time. After having to argue with the guy for ten minuets, the guy finally said he would refund the charges, i thank him for doing so and informed him i will never use there services again
So double check what your reading and make sure they don't try to pull this stuff on you !
