We had to setup a shopping cart for a major client.

So we purchased this cart with the promise of continued support if we paid them a small fee.  I did that..  We setup the cart.  The checkout system was not working and we discovered this as we were finsihing the site and the client was to go live.  The client had already started advertsing.  There were some very strange glitches with the cart.  IN this case it was not registering that we had put in the proper billing info and kept putting us back telling us we skipped a step.

I went to put in a support request but found that they had expired my account and now wanted hundreds to support me.  I sent them an angry "bait and switch" eMail and they agreed to support us if we purchased the cart again for $50 or something like that.

I went to their VERY confusing site and eventually worked out how to post a support request.  Several days later after bumping it I finally got a response.  They kept coming back with really stupid questions.  I kept offering to give them access.. Finally they asked for acces so I created a super admin account and ftp access the works!  What they do not know is that we track every action that all accounts do.  So I *KNOW* they never used those accounts.  WHY DID THEY MAKE ME CREATE THEM??  For WEEKS the stupid questions continued and they kept asking for screen shots instead of just going and looking at the site and debugging it.  The longer it took the more it cost me and my client.  Finally I could not take it.  I gave them a piece of my mind and told them the were not doing anything and they need too!  They banned me from the site.  

In my opionion, their head programmer "Aaron Edwards" is one of the most lazy worste programmers I have ever seen.  This guy would show up every few days and post like he was involved or concered but would do nothing and constantly blamed other plugins for conflicting even though we insisted that we tested for that.

I spent some time on Google and found this VERY SAME issue has been repeating its self for a while now.  These guys are total scam artists or suffering the worst case of denial and self worship I have ever seen.  And they have banned SO MANY people they even have an auto response message customized for people that message them after the ban.  See below...

I would link you to the thread we created but they removed it.  I did take screenshots of it and will setup a website dedicated to this soon.  THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL AND MONEY GRUBBERS and their themes are AWEFUL if you give any one of  them money after reading this you deserve to lose your money.  (:
