 In​ ​response​ ​to​ ​your​ ​letter​ ​of​ ​intent​ ​regarding​ ​repair​ ​requests​ ​(some​ ​of​ ​which​ ​have​ ​been​ ​ongoing​ ​and  documented​ ​for​ ​several​ ​months).​ ​My​ ​requests,​ ​videos​ ​emails​ ​and​ ​pictures​ ​have​ ​been​ ​documented​ ​by​ ​me​ ​for  months​ ​.​ ​During​ ​that​ ​time​ ​I​ ​exhibited​ ​extreme​ ​patience​ ​for​ ​months​ ​even​ ​as​ ​my​ ​health​ ​has​ ​declined.  I​ ​requested​ ​a​ ​move​ ​to​ ​another​ ​first​ ​floor​ ​apartment​ ​(due​ ​to​ ​my​ ​health​ ​as​ ​I​ ​specified​ ​during​ ​the​ ​wait​ ​list  portion​ ​of​ ​your​ ​applicant​ ​process),​ ​to​ ​protect​ ​my​ ​health​ ​while​ ​the​ ​BLACK​ ​MOLD​ ​enveloping​ ​​ ​my​ ​apartment  was​ ​removed.​ ​Now​ ​after​ ​months​ ​of​ ​excuses​ ​or​ ​just​ ​plain​ ​ignoring​ ​me​ ​you​ ​offer​ ​a​ ​3rd​ ​fl​ ​move.    It​ ​is​ ​a​ ​sin​ ​and​ ​a​ ​travesty​ ​of​ ​justice​ ​that​ ​anyone's​ ​health​ ​would​ ​be​ ​dismissed​ ​so​ ​lightly.​ ​Multiple​ ​sources​ ​have  shared​ ​the​ ​fact​ ​that​ ​this​ ​apartment​ ​had​ ​pre-existing​ ​mold​ ​issues​ ​that​ ​caused​ ​other​ ​tenants​ ​to​ ​move.​ ​How  many​ ​times​ ​will​ ​you​ ​clean​ ​the​ ​surface​ ​and​ ​slap​ ​paint​ ​on​ ​a​ ​possible​ ​health​ ​disaster.​ ​​ ​Does​ ​the​ ​bottom​ ​line  allow​ ​you​ ​to​ ​sleep​ ​well​ ​at​ ​night?  I​ ​live​ ​in​ ​a​ ​one​ ​bedroom​ ​apartment​ ​that​ ​often​ ​reflects​ ​a​ ​water​ ​bill​ ​close​ ​to​ ​$100.00.​ ​​ ​I​ ​have​ ​requests​ ​going​ ​as  far​ ​back​ ​as​ ​January​ ​2017​ ​requesting​ ​repair​ ​of​ ​an​ ​obvious​ ​leak.  During​ ​this​ ​I​ ​have​ ​paid​ ​my​ ​rent​ ​in​ ​full​ ​in​ ​the​ ​hope​ ​that​ ​if​ ​I​ ​did​ ​my​ ​part​ ​Logan​ ​Heights​ ​would​ ​do​ ​theirs.​ ​I​ ​had​ ​a  consultation​ ​with​ ​an​ ​attorney​ ​who​ ​felt​ ​my​ ​requests​ ​were​ ​fair​ ​and​ ​11​ ​months​ ​more​ ​than​ ​enough​ ​​ ​time​ ​for  repairs​ ​(all​ ​repairs)​ ​to​ ​have​ ​been​ ​completed.​ ​As​ ​a​ ​subsidized​ ​property​ ​​ ​that​ ​may​ ​be​ ​in​ ​the​ ​process​ ​of  changing​ ​hands​ ​negative​ ​publicity​ ​and​ ​legal​ ​action​ ​is​ ​something​ ​that​ ​should​ ​be​ ​avoided.  Also,​ ​please​ ​do​ ​not​ ​have​ ​your​ ​assistant​ ​try​ ​to​ ​question​ ​me​ ​in​ ​a​ ​feigned​ ​attempt​ ​to​ ​garner​ ​information​ ​to​ ​be  used​ ​against​ ​me.    The​ ​last​ ​time​ ​we​ ​spoke​ ​you​ ​volunteered​ ​that​ ​​ ​I​ ​would​ ​be​ ​compensated​ ​for​ ​my​ ​many​ ​inconveniences.​ ​​ ​I​ ​don’t  want​ ​to​ ​be​ ​and​ ​no​ ​one​ ​should​ ​​ ​be​ ​made​ ​to​ ​feel​ ​as​ ​if​ ​​ ​they​ ​are​ ​less​ ​than​ ​because​ ​they​ ​can’t​ ​afford​ ​to​ ​live  somewhere​ ​else.​ ​Being​ ​poor​ ​is​ ​not​ ​a​ ​crime​ ​so​ ​please​ ​do​ ​not​ ​treat​ ​me​ ​like​ ​a​ ​criminal.
