Wright Automotive Group Did not disclose that vehicle sold to me had been in an accident!! Wexford Pennsylvania

I purchased the vehicle last July. From day 1 had electrical, water leaks, rear axle had to be replaced... had a local dealership do the work since the car was under warranty, and I live in Ohio.

Last month, my husband went to wash the car after we finally had another water leak fixed, and the paint started falling off the rear drivers side quarter panel. I immediately took it to a body shop who informed me quickly that the car had been in a rear end colllision.. They showed me all the tell tale signs, wish I would have known.

I called Wright as soon as I got home. They had told me that the car had never been in an accident, and was a one owner vehicle. Well, neither is true. Had I known that the car had 2 owners in 3 years and only 16k I would have never bought it, or if it had been in an accident.

RJ Lucey the general manager told me he would take care of this and get me in a new vehicle. Drove 300 miles round trip and sat at the dealership for 5 hours and nothing. His idea of helping me was I would have to put 2k down on a car just to get the sticker price, since they were not willing to absorb any of the negative equity, even tho he had told me before I came out that not to worry he would take care of all of it.

Right before I went storming out he informed me that had he known the vehicle had been in an accident they would have taken it too auction, and never sold it to me, but yet they did a 110 point inspection on the car, and told me the day I bought it how clean it was and had never been in an accident.

They misrepresented this vehicle, and now I am stuck with a 24k car that leaks and has problems constantly. It is fraud to claim that you know the the vehicle history if you don't, or misrepresent it fraudently.
I have contacted the BBB and the attorney general of PA and filed reports, that was two weeks ago and haven't heard a thing yet. I am planning to retain an attorney if necessary.
