Well we finally meet...i* a way. 

I am so tired of this whole situatio*.  It seems that we get this sort of behind us and something else comes up.  We actually just started payi*g $100 a mo*th to a collectio* age*cy for this stupid car so we avoid getti*g sued by capital 1.  A*d we are goi*g to be sued by you? 

I would love for Wright to pay for what he has do*e to all of us!  We should all sue him, we just do*'t have the mo*ey for a* attor*ey.  A*d there!  For that reaso* justice is *ot served! 

I am so sorry you have bee* through so much but so have we!  More tha* you could ever realize because of Michael Wright.

Greetings Former Owner of a Blue Lexus, 02....  If I were you, I would have interpeted your situation as "fact" but it seems that there are more pages to every story, lets see if I can fill you in. 

I purchased an 02 Lexus from Mr. Mike Wright, in Sept 08.  I paid him $2999, he asked for as a down, and $5,000, to lower my balance.  He took the money, wrote on the buyers sheet, that I gave him the deposit, and stated that he would provided me with a reciept for the $5K, when he got the reciept book from his wife. 

No problem, that is until I got pulled over by the police, and the sticker was expired.  No problem,  I got that fixed, but that is when all heck broke lose.  I phoned Mike, and told him that I needed to get new plates for the car, that I needed to register the car, etc....  Nothing but excuses. 

No big deal, I'm rarely home, as I worked for the airlines at the time. 

Then...., problem, Payments were being made, the goal was to pay the car off in one year.  Then in May, I contacted the Tax Office in order to file for a title, it is then, when I discovered I had been scammed. 

Now, I'm almost out $13K dollars.  The clerk tells me that there is a lein on the vehicle, by Capital One.  I call them, and there is a balance due of 16K.....  I try to contact Mike and his wife, no answer. 

I contact an attorney, and I decide to dig in..... bigger problem..  in order to file the lawsuit and collect anything against Mike, you would have to take a number in Tarrent County, and even if I win, I would have to continue with legal fees to collect what is owed. 

So, I would appreciate it if you edited your posting to modify my name.  As I feel I got screwed in the worst way.  My money is gone, I have no "right" to this vehicle, except in a court of law, and I plan to. 

Mike Wright of "Wright Leasing", I am waiting for a phone call for a refund, or some type of compromise to collect some of my monies back.  To the Family in Lewisville, I apologize, but I didn't know of your "situation" and I too am out a lot of money, which does not include the insurance and maint, and the cost of replacing the broken key.  Best of luck to you.... and see you all in court.

Well, come to find out our vehicle was finally found by Capital One back in August.  Just found out a few weeks ago and guess who calls me the other night?  An auto recovery company hired by Capital One to get the rest of their money! Uh right!  Like we have $9000 sitting around.  Please, those of us scammed by this man need to file a class action law suit.  We deserve restitution.  Anyone and everyone get in contact with me through this website!  Thanks, God Bless and Merry Christmas.

Micheal Wright, or actually Micheal Ray Gee, should go to jail for what he does. He signs paperwork that does not hold up in a court of law. No one takes him to court because they have no money and he is set up so that you can not collect any money from him. He technically doesn't own anything. You can sue, and win...and never collect.

He needs to be brought up on fraud charges. Wait, he was. in 2005. beat that.
He preys on people in financial turmoil. Then gives you excuse after excuse when the check doesn't clear.

What he is doing is AGAINST most bank lease and loan agreements. It is called a sub-lease. He charges someone a very large down payment and then they make payments to him. once they stop making payments, oh well. good luck getting your vehicle back.

Well, we were in the midst of truly hard financial times two years ago. We bought a car we shouldn't have, were upside down on the loan and needed help. And we found Mike with Wright Leasing who promised to find someone who would make payments on the car, keep insurance on it but it would stay in our name. What were we thinking!

They made payments for almost a year and then slowly payments were not getting made. Finally they pay $1000 last year but that was the last payment ever made and now the account has been charged off, we owe around $17,000 to capital one or get them the car or my husband will be held criminally responsible for stealing the car! And the mystery begins, where is this car?!

Mr Michael Wright of Wright Leasing finally decided to tell us who has the car: Chunner Horace Brown, B/F in her 30's. Used to live on Antioch Dr in Rowlett, TX. But now she has disappeared. The car is a Dark Blue 2002 Lexus ES300 LP/N08ZFL w/expired LP and probably no insurance. VIN: JTHBF30G725009997.

Do not trust either one of these people.
