1) SPECIAL SALE: Placed order on-line for special offer of 100 free wrist bands WITH ORDER OF 100.

100 free noted with each of 2 items before placement in cart. Site claimed that free would show up only during check out process. Free didn't show up EVER on-line.
2) Immediately called 800 (877) to report the problem. Was told that there were only 100 free total not with each order as indicated pre-submit. I then requested to cancel order of one of the 2 bracelets. Was told that it wouldn't be a problem but that I needed to call back after 8 am. SECOND falsehood. Big bold advertising of 24/7 telephone service. Sent a back up email describing the problem & CONVERSATION after getting off the phone. Still less than 30 minutes after placing the order.
3) Called back at 8:30 am today. No answer. Didn't get through until 1 pm. I was told that it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been processed. I reminded him that there were 2 contact attempts made within 30 minutes of placing order well before the order was processed. I was told that I could cancel but that there would be a $40 fee. That was almost as much as the product cost that I wanted to cancel.
4) Shipping and handling applied ($19.99) TO EACH SMALL ITEM IN THE ORDER RATHER THAN just 1 shipping cost for the order.

1) The Special Sale: When a customer orders 100 or more wristbands, they AUTOMATICALLY get 100 free wristbands as ordered. It will automaticallty be added to your account once the order goes through from our end. If you place 2 seperate orders of 100 qty, then you will get 100 free wristbands for each order but at the same time you will have to pay for shipping for two seperate orders because you have placed two seperate orders.

2) If you are not able to get through our agents, then please be patient and leave a voicemail and we will get back to you. We are like any other company, if the customer service reps are busy assisting other customers then you must be patient and wait on line or leave a message.

3) There is no way for us to trace that you called but didnt get through. If you emailed us or any way we can track that you wanted to cancel the order, then we would cancel the order depending where the products are in production. These are the same conditions you will find with large corporations.

Thank you
