wrist-band.com No one answers phone, emails oR EVEN SENDS PRODUCT! Houston Texas

On 8/16, I ordered one sample of their wrist bands. On 8/22 I treid to call them to get the satus, as this was as ample that would have lead me to order 2000 writstbands as a "first order".

Day one... phone rang for 14 minutes stating, "Your call is important to us... Your estimated wait time is less than two minutes" ---- at 15minutes, I hung up.

Day two... I called again... all I got on BOTH phone numbers they advertise was music. No voice prompt. No "You estimated time to be ignored is under two minutes".... nothing but music. All day. A three times I called.

Day three (saturday) - Same as day one... blah, blah, blah, important... blah, blah, blah under two minutes....

This time I hung up after 11 minutes.

Don't bother with the support email - Mike does not return them.... nor does sales.. nor does anyone.

In 30 years of being a businessman, I've yet to come across a company so blatently inept and uncaring - and believe me, I've seen my share.

Called again today (8/26) and was told my sample was never shipped. A glitch in their system.... (even though I did receive the conformations) ... bkah, blah, sorry this.. blah, blah, sorry that...

As a business owner, WHY would I expect to order 2,000 wristbands a month from a company that cannot even send ONE wristband in a timely manner.

Just taking the time to write this in hopes I've saved someone the wasted two weeks of business this excuse for a company has cost me.
