I understand it takes a while to receive and process an order however, I have been incredibly irritated at the fact that I have been sitting here waiting for a tracking number or any sign of the item being in stock. I basically sent $50.50 to a business that services Soleko color lenses, that they don't even hold. I have been sitting here emailing them going on 2 weeks now without any motivation to ensure what I purchased is being taken seriously, as the emails are the same in each reply.
"Your order is still processing and we are waiting for shipment." I am not sure if they are taking care of the matter or putting off and ignoring the order to do other things. It shouldn't be taking this long to get these lenses prepared to be shipped or sending me at least an email that details whats going on that is taking so long. By this time, it will take at least 2-3 months till I receive these lenses, perhaps for it to even be shipped out. They don't even have the product, so.....BUYER BEWARE!!
