WSET COVINA NISSNA DAMIAN SOTO DAMIAN SOTO SOLD ME A 2015 CAR ON 3/22/2015 WHICH DAD END UP THE BUYER AND I LOSE OUT ON 700 DOLLARS ALL IN ONE WEEK . WEST COVINA Nationwide

     On 3/22/2015 I went into nissan to purchase a car. Damian Soto was my sells person that day.  I went with 700 dollar in cash and a 96 ford explorer truck to trade in. Credit turned out that I needed a co singer. Long story short I ask my dad to co sing for me. I was told by Damian Soto i only needed a co singer for 6 months then I could finanices the car and get into my name completely.

    So Damian Soto got the paper work together I singed the GAP insurance paperwork thinking that it was my car and my dad was only the co singer.  So I put the 700 down on the GAP insurance only nothing else.  Damian and I drove the new car over to my house and my dad singed the papers thinking he was the co singer.  Damian told him that he was the buyer that was sercuity the loan nothing that he was the actual buyer of the car.

    Once everything was out in the open and the papers where all together.  I myself had nothing to do with the car at all.  The only person who had access to that car was my dad and man was that a mess for me.  Thanks to Damian Soto my dad thinks that i commited fraud on him with the car. He took the car back to the dealership and left there.  Now They dont want to Give me the 700 dollars i put down on the GAP insurance that i never used on a car i never got to keep.
