WTC Communications Aka WTC ripoff Wilton Iowa

WTC is tring to rip me off.I was moving to a different home here in Wilton Ia. i had called WTC to change my address and to get cable phone and internet at the new place.

This address had not had cable befor so they had to run a new line, said it would be 30.00 dollars to do so and i asked them to only give me bacis cable and take off the digital cable.

So they came and installed it, cable and internet is on and working. Well 2 days later i get a bill for $167.00 for digtial cable and the new line and phone.
Before my bill for all was $120.00.Then i get a letter from them stting that if i don pay the bill they they will turn it off well the next day the did.

So i go down to pay the bill and they tell me it is $104.00 and ask if i want the cable back on i said yes she says it will cost $30.00 i said no, she shrugers her shoulders and takes the money.

Now the next week i get a bill again for $90.00 for for the phone cable and internet, i have no cable.

There is no other cable or phone severice in this town they pushd them out.We had Media Com till WTC came one day and told us we had to use their service.Did not tell us in advance just knocked on the door and said they were switching us over to them.
