I orderd a free trial of the Acai berry supreme cleanse. I found the advertisement when I was on my www.facebook.com site. I thought it might be good to try since they stated you only pay $5.95 for the free trial.

I thought that I should call them to make sure this was not a membership type thing and I have been trying to call the number 866-938-4832 at different times and days and the line would just hang up on me. I thought that was really strange and I became worried.

The website states you pay $5.95 shipping to be able to get the free trial. I got my pills and I thought that was it. I looked at my bank account a week later and there was a charge from this company for 88.62.

I finally got through to a Robin at the customer service line which I waited 20 minutes to get to. I stated I didnt authorize the charge on my bank and that the website said nothing of the $88.62 charge. I stated I wanted my money back. She stated that I had 15 days to cancel in order to not be charged that amount. She would not refund my money and was extremely rude.

I asked to speak to the supervisor and talk about unprofessional and rude she was both and even laughed at me. She stated that I needed to stay off the website and that I shouldnt be suprized if there was another charge from them even when I said I wanted to cancel everything.

There was nothing on the website stating that there was a 15 day trial period before they would charge you $88.62. I went right to my bank and had to take preventative measures to stop the the scammers.

I felt violated and very angry this happened to me. Dont buy anything from this site; save yourself the greif. They just want your money!!
