I use to work for this company but had to find a different job because I felt so guilty about working there. They are a rip off!! About 40% of the people that call in did sign up for something and just didn't read what they signed up for, but the other 60% of the people are really getting ripped off!
If you want to get your money back, first go to the bank and file an affidavit. You will get the last 60 days of your money back. If you have more lost funds call the 800 number listed on your bank statement and ask to speak with Virginia Buchanan. She is the COO of the company. She runs the call center and has the power to give all of your money back. Speak with her and tell her that you have no idea of what is going on and that you didn't do it. The way they say the can tell if it came from your computer is by your IP address. If it did come from your IP address than rest assured it was done in your home and someone isn't telling the truth, but if it didn't come from your IP address than you are in the clear.
File a police report if she won't give your money back and contact a lawyer. Have the lawyer call her. If you call enough times and annoy her enough she will give you all your money back. I know her. She is crazy. If you call enough and annoy her all of your money will be returned to you.
I stopped working there because the company is sooooo corrupt. Report them to whom ever you can think of. By the way they also have a sister company called cyber-token --- STAY AWAY!!!!

You know Anne, your response would be more convincing if you would show a little compassionie Yes sir, I know you are upset, but WTS isn't a bank, we are a billing processor. We apologize for any confusion or wrongful charges on your account.
As a socially responsible company that prides itself on honesty, legality, and the American way, we will refund all of your money and help you, if you choose, to file a police report. HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART THAT ANNE NEVER TELLS YOU.
WTS could file a police report and even go to the FBI and file charges of there own every time someone reports that money has been wrongfully taken from their account.
That means that WTS and the customer that was robbed could get the criminal in trouble and probably cause such a media frenzy about illegal ACH debts on the internet that people would be more aware of the problem of these types of debts.
Instead they sit back and collect money from people for year.YEARS and do nothing when they are called and notified about it. I wonder if its because they know that they receive hundreds of thousands if not millions of revenue this way every year?????
No, its probably because it's the customer's responsibility. (Isn't that what they teach you to say Anne?)

Dear Sir,
Again, WTS DOES NOT BILL BY CREDIT/DEBIT Cards. WTS only bills ACH, which means automated clearing house - not using or affiliated with anything to do with cards. WTS systems electronically submit information to the account INCLUDING information provided at the time the purchase(s) was made. The authorization to verify account holder is not a function of WTS. The authorization is made when the information that was provided at the time of the purchase. If someone took money from your wallet, and then in turn went out and made a purchase with that money, what would you then do? Are you going to be mad/angry with the merchant that the Criminal made the purchase through, or are you going to seek out that person whom took your money? This is is not a case of company error, or in any way taking advantage of any ones situation. I do empathize with your situation, and I hope you find resolution in your matter. WTS has never claimed to be a bank, just a billing processor.

Do you know that when the noise is loud is because some party is going on? if you have all this reports about rip-off do not try to fool yourself that is just people having nothing else than fun filling them, believe me there is nothing fun on finding that you have been charged on your debit card (NOT CREDIT CARD)for month and you did not noticed. I find really alarming your comment where you said that this so called bank only charges debit cards thru ACH, that shows al elaborate plan where WTS knows that dealing with credit card makes easy for the customer to get his money back so you go for the stake of the guys that will ignore a transaction or because this is just one guy will do nothing to recover his money, if this is the case I will show you guys how wrong your so called Bank is and I will show you that this country is very well known to have a great judicial system that works most of the time, you are responsible for the transactions that your customer present to you, requesting basic authentication information that certifies that the person that did the transaction is the owner of the account, if you just ignore that fact and try to keep ignoring it you will fail to win in a civil court and what I am about to do is call every single one of the people here and ask Ripp-off for assistance on puting this company on trial, not for the amount that I was stolen, but for the fact that this company is totally irresponsible with the verification for the transactions it is posting, I will give 48 hours to this company before I put myself in combat mode and beging my campaign, at the end they would wish they've never crossed my path.

I'm just trying to help people that are innocent get their money back. The issue at hand is that the company rips people off, right? So if you don't want to get ripped off follow my instructions! Ann, bless your heart, you haven't been working there that long or you are lying about your name. If the fact that you are helping rip people off doesn't bother you then there is something seriously wrong with you. Sorry that I had to be the one to tell you. I listen to elderly people on fixed incomes tell me that they couldn't buy food because the neighborhood "bad child" took their checking account info and WTS took all their money. If that doesn't bother you God help your soul.

Yes Virgina would have wanted one of the employees to write that on rip off report. Believe me she will take calls!!! Once you have called half a dozen times and it doesn't seem like you will let up until you get your way, Virgina will talk to you to get it resolved. See Virgina runs a call center. It is on her head to make sure that as few calls are "lost" as possible which means the typical phone call should last less than 5 mins. ( between 2 and 4 mins). And every time a customer makes a repeat call it takes up time that Virgina doesn't want her call reps to spend on a repeat caller. It makes the numbers look bad and cost the company money. Her goal is to have your problem solved on one call that will last, hopefully, less than 5 mins.
2 kinds of people are hired their stupid people that just do what they are told and listen to her and believe everything she says about the company, their objective and how it effects you; and the other type of person, above average intellegence that begins to wonder if the company is a big rip off after about 2 months but has to keep the job to pay bills for another 4 months then quits because they can't take the guilt! The first kind of person could last at the company anywhere from 6 months to 5 to 6 years. Oh yeah some of the people that work there just don't have a concept of humanity or good samaritanship...ie. Ms. Rock, Ms. Stone, Mr. Jones, Ms. McGuire, Ms. Lyn, Mr. Ranch. By the way if they aren't doing anything wrong why do they use fake last names on the phones?!???!!!???

Incorrect Information

The COO does not take inbound calls, that is why there are Customer Service Agents. For anyone who thinks this is the answer, it will only result in a waste of time and more frustration. WTS bills for many different companies, and the name that shows as the merchant is WTS.
Most customers do not recognize that as a merchant name. As to people accessing something and not reading what they are purchasing, well who should be held responsible for that? I honestly do not believe that the billing processor should be criticized because an individual did not read the terms of a purchase.
