I used this company and in the beginning had great customer service until they received my money. Afterwards, EVERYTHING went downhill. My truck was NOT delivered in a timely manner and was over 1 day late. I was charged additional "storage fees" because I wasnt't at home at the time they asked me to be, and I had to pay 50 pounds because I was late only 4 hours. When my vehicle was finally delivered, the transport truck had still 4 vehicles on it and it didn't looked secure. This company is a complete RIP OFF and does not fulfill their contracts! THEY MADE ME PAY 50 POUNDS FOR A 4 HOURS DELAY!!! They kept sending me emails every hour informing me about the location of the truck delivering the car, I was very stressed up, it was like dealing with some maniacs. After telling them that I can't be at home at the time the truck will arrive, they said they can wait for me but it will cost me. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
