WTW Enterprises owner is a crook, underpaid me then stole my last two checks Roanoke, Alabama

The owner of the company is a bully. He belittles and disrespects his employees. I assume that he is insecure and does this to make himself feel like a bigger man. He called me names and encouraged me to quit more than once. He yells and after he's finished ranting and raving he'll hang up on you or kick you off his property rather than hear your say.

He also under pays his drivers. He has never driven a truck and has no respect for truckers. He says they are a dime a dozen. He charges to use his equipment, he charges you for fuel if you miss a fuel stop. He paid me only $28.00 for missing my fuel stop even though he knew my wife had just had a baby and was out on leave.

When I told him I was quitting he tried to talk me into taking one more load to keep him from looking bad. When I declined he cussed me, called me names, and threatened to sue me. Then he didn't pay me my last two checks. He is all about his bottom line. When he wants something he sings your praises but heaven forbid you make a mistake. He'll rip you a new one and fast.

I had several other drivers warn me about him but I didn't listen. I should have.
