I went into www.Ugaist.com thinking this was official UGG website and I bought a pair of UGG boots on the 3 of December. After purchasing inmediately I was deducted from my bank account for the amount of the boots + the currency exchange expenses. I have never received an order confirmation by email either by sms or any otherway.

There is an email address on their website which I have contacted trough several times, chasing for my boots that by the way were for a Xmas present and never received a response back. Today I have received a box with 3 pairs of fake Ray Ban Aviator Black Sun glasses coming from the same company, but nothing related to my pair of boots.
