you: To Whom It May Concern: I ordered the Wu-Yi Tea via email and received it at the post office on Jan 12, 2008 under the 14-day free trail period. I do not wish to order additional Wu-Yi Tea. I requested a cancellation verbally, as well as this written formal cancellation of any and all autoshipments or orders asap. Your literature state I am covered by your 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, please do not charge my account for any funds in regards to Wu-Yi Tea or any other product. My email address is: ..... Thank you in advance --

As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before placing your order, your card will be charged the discounted rate of $37 for the full month's supply of slimming tea that you have already received. If you wish to return your first shipment for a refund, please let me know and I'll provide you full instructions.

I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute for the pending charge of $37.00 since I am well within my 14-day trail period.
I only received the initial "trail" order, which I will return immediately via return receipt.
