Recently, I purchased WU=YI Source tea from an internet site claiming that it was a fantastic diet aid. The site claimed that you could try the tea for 60 days and if you did not like the tea in any way, or you did not lose weight, they would give you a Full Money Back Guarantee!! The only charge to the consumer was $1.95 for shipping.

My physician informed me that I should not be taking any herbal supplements with my prescription medicines, therefore, I attempted to contact the company and find out how to return the tea after only two days from receiving it.

When I contacted the company in attempt to cancel and return the tea, I was informed by a voice recording that I had to file a written reason for canceling the tea that included several different reference numbers(that I never received!) and return the tea to a place in Ontario, California! However, I was being charged $29.95 even though I only had this order for two days!! When I questioned the company about the 60 day money back guarantee, I was told by a customer service representative over the internet that this was a condition of the original agreement! I totally disputed this fact, and they never responded to me by e-mail or any other way.

The worst part is that they gave me a number with the address so that I could cancel my subscription to a magazine called "Living Lean" if I wished which I never knew that I had subscribed too! I have never received this magazine to date. I called this number several times to cancel and each time that I called I was told by a different representative that they couldn't hear me over the phone and to call back later!! It was obvious that this is all ONE BIG SCAM!

I began researching this company on the net and saw numerous reports from people who have also been SCAMMED by this company! They claim that their credit card is being charged $19.99 every money for a magazine subscription that they never receive, and they cannot cancel. Also, they are being charged $29.95 for new monthly shipments of tea that they do not receive, and they have canceled.

The actions of this "so called" company are outrageous and unscrupulous! They need to be investigated, shut down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! No one should not have the ability to continue charging someone for goods that they are not receiving or that they have canceled with proper notification. I highly doubt that this company even exists! THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW!!
