I called there today to cancel and had to talk to a manager. She offered to reimburse me two months, then three. I told her I wanted all the months I paid reimbursed that I wasn't paying for a service I was not receiving. It seems you have 30 days when you first order your tea to sign up and when you don't they continue to take your $19.95. Well, I have a confirmation number for reimbursement and she said it could take up to 15 days to put back in my account. We'll see what happens. But, talk to a manager and demand your reimbursement. I told her I was filing a Better Business complaint and looking at a class action suit.
