Wu-Yi Tea Source Sent me another shipment of three boxes of their worthless tea and make it so difficult to return that it would cost me more to return it. They keep charging my bank account and I'm concerned they may continue. Ontario California

I ordered Wu-Yi Tea to give it a try and it doesn't work at all. I didn't want anymore and suddenly three boxes show up. I called and no one will answer the number they give. There is no invoice in the shipment only a letter from some former customer named Sarah Nicholson. I kept calling and pushing numbers until I finally got a real person on the line. They barely spoke English and didn't understand what I was trying to say...or pretended not to understand. I finally got her to give me an address to send the return to, but she said that I would have to send it from UPS or Fed Ex and call and give them the tracking number so they could track the shipment and until they received the shipment, they would not stop billing me. They had already taken money from my account for a partial payment on the shipment and if the return didn't get to them in time, they would continue taking the money out. They wouldn't pay for the return shiping, which was as much as one of their payments. I live in a rural area and we don't have easy access to one of those carriers. They make it so difficult to return shipments that you just can't. I'd rather pay for the rotten tea than pay the same amount to ship it back and go through all the hassel of calling them to give tracking numbers, etc. I'm just worried that they will continue to charge my account and keep sending shipments. I'm going to have to call my bank to keep them out of my account and see if that works. I really don't know what to do. I don't want the tea and I don't want to pay for something that I don't want, but what else can I do?
