I signed up for the Tea, and actually liked it -- but not the hidden Web access charges billed to my bank card. There were two different charges, one for $4.95 and one for $9.95, and although they were for "subscriptions" - I never ordered or received anything for these charges. The company seems to count on these not being noticed for a few months, and I'm sure it must be very profitable since this is the common complaint. How can we make sure that others don't get taken? When I google Wu-Yi tea scam, I just get someone swearing that it really works, you just have to make sure that you're really gettting the "authentic" tea -- along with the "authentic" extra charges!
