Wu-yi Tea/ Living Lean Wu-Yi Tea is a rip off!! Still looking for my refund... Internet

I received a package from Wu-Yi Tea company. The paper enclosed stated this was my two week free trial, but yet the date caught my attention. It had been sent out a week and a half late!!

I sent the package back after speaking to a representative who gave me a return address. She assured me returning it regualar mail would be fine, so that's what I did. I sent the package out on February 6th and still have not seen a refund a month later.

I was charged $37 for this tea, then $19.95 for a subscription to Living Lean which I gave no authorization for. After chatting on their website with a representative I finally learned who Living Lean was and I contacted them for a refund.

After a very heated argument I was given a confirmation to my refund "considering the circumstances" per the representative. However, I've chatted with several reps from wuyi and still, a month later, and many promises of seeing a refund "just as soon as we receive your package back", I still have not gotten that refund!!
