Wu Yi Source I signed up for weight loss tea with a full money back guarentee. I sent back the tea as instructed but was charged $37.00 plus $7.00 shipping for recieving and $7.00 for sending it back. Ontario California

I signed up for weight loss tea with a full money back guarentee. I sent back the unused tea within 14 days as instructed but was charged $37.00 plus $7.00 shipping for recieving and $7.00 for sending it back. I was sent an e-mail stating I would receive a refund but did not. The person who sent me an e-mail will not respond to my 3 refund inquiry's.

Here is a copy from them:

You have been removed from our autoship program; however you have been charged for the portions of tea that have already been sent to you. Please return the portions of tea you wish to be refunded for to:

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds are processed every two weeks; you will receive an email from us immediately after we have refunded you. Please include correspondence in the package with your RMA, which is 361899, and reason for return.

Please include the initial purchase date on the package to ensure you are within our guaranteed 60-day refund policy.

I can tell you that although it may not be for everyone, Wu-Yi slimming tea personally helped me to lose weight and gave me an incredible rush of new life. I hate to see you go but I do understand how difficult losing weight can be. I'd like to thank you for giving it an honest effort.

But for Living Lean, you need to contact their customer service at 1-866-396-5711 where you will be assisted by a representative. They are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM MST only.

Also, we are calling Living Lean on your behalf and you'll certainly receive the money back in your account within 5-7 business days.
