WuLongSource ripoff guarantee full refund within 60 days but can't find them to get authorization number Sherwood Park Alberta Canada

I purchased two months supply of WuLong tea knowing they offered a 60-day iron clad money-back guarantee if I don't loose weight or for any other reason, simply send it back for a refund, no questions asked. Also ordered one bottle of Hoodia. I paid for express shipping, an extra $10--guarantee to receive in 3 business days, it took 6 days. I emailed them about shipment but they didn't respond, but received the shipment a day later, so decided not to pursue.

I have not seen any weight loss since using the tea and taking the Hoodia, May 9-June May 30, so sent an email for authorization number but got a reply back from Wu-long for life and they told me where I ordered by supply was a "copycat" website for them.
