I ordered the product, Free trial. $6.95. Prior to the trial offer expiring 14 days later my account was charged with a $37.00 for that trial box. 21 days later a 54.95 charge for 2 boxes of tea and $19.95 charge to Living Lean for membership.

I proceeded to contact company through Live Chat. At that time I was told I didn't cancel the Living Lean Membership within the first 30 days, so I was charged. On Feb. 1, 2008 I did another live chat, explaining I was moving and did not want any more tea product or charges for product on my bank account. I was assured it was cancelled, and no more charges to my account.
Today, a debit to my account was made again. I called the company and listened to all options. I could not speak to a Live Rep. for the company. I had to close my bank account today to ensure no future charges on my account.

Wu-Yi Source/Living Lean Terms & Conditions

AUTHOR: Gwen T. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 03, 2008

I, too, found a charge of $19.95 on my card for Living Lean, a company I never heard of. Fortunately for me, I used a debit card to place my Wu-Yi tea order, and there was not enough money on the card at the time to honor their charge. However, I decided to check out the Terms & Conditions on their site, you know, that section that none of us like to read because it's too lengthy!!! Well, as much as it pains me to say this...Wu-Yi is covered by this lengthy contract. In it, they state that the fee for the trial order is non-refundable (They did refund my $4.95, since I did not receive my order). They also state that ordering from them includes a $29.95 monthly fee as well as a subscription to Living Lean which will charge your card for $19.95 per month. When you place the order, you are authorizing them to charge the card. Sorry to say, but I failed to read the contract until after I read the Rip-Off Reports. So far, both companies have honored my request. Here are their numbers:

Wu-Yi Source: 1-866-449-5567

Living Lean: 1-866-396-5711

I had no problem getting through to either of these. Good Luck!!

P.S. For ordering on line, I never use my credit card, only a debit card. It's easier to control a debit card that is not tied to a checking account, such as the Green Dot card. You simply do not add money to the card, call the company, cancel the card and request a new one. They will send you a new card with a new number. No banks to hassle with.
