I ordered a "trial" offer for some Wuyi tea, I was told I had 60 days to return it. It has not been that long and I have already been charged full price for the tea! Then a few days later I see a another charge that did not make sense. So I googled and this is where I found this site! : ) I never was told or gave permission to have a charge of $19.95 charged to my visa for this "Living Lean Las Vegas"??? And I hear they take it monthly??? I will be phoning my Visa tomorrow and see what can be done to have the charge removed. Then I will phone this # 619-296-1799 I found on here for "Living Lean"... who the h*ll are they??? and give them h*ll, for all the good it will do, but will try! I am usually careful about who I give my visa too... I found this Wuyi tea on "Facebook" which is suppose to be safe??? I e-mailed facebook and told them off about advertising scams like Wuyi. So be careful what you do on Facebook! I found it on one of the applications for getting points... what a "fool" I was! "Hangs head"! I still have to return the tea too.. better get on the ball, I make sure I get a tracking # to.. so they can't turn around and say they didn't get it back!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Cancel the Membership
AUTHOR: Scammed Sue - (U.S.A.)

The first thing you should do is cancel your membership by calling 1-866-396-5711. You will not be asked for financial information. The operator will not be able to give your money back, but he/she will stop future automatic deductions from your bank account. Getting your money back will be difficult and you probably need to start with the bank for assistance because the fine print stated that by ordering the tea you agree to sign up for membership. Not saying it is right, but it will be what they use to keep your money.
I canceled my membership without difficulty, however do not forget to request the name of the operator and your confirmation number in the event you need it.
