WuYi Tea - Accai Berry - Accai Burn - Total Cleanse claims to be the best ever weight loss!!Claims by CNN,OPRAH!!These companies got my credit card info.from the orders and keep withdrawing monies from my account even after i have canceled the oder of the trial free time!!i was unable to use my card to send care pakages to my son who is a Sgt, in the U.S Army serving in IRAQ!! Internet

To whom it may concern,It all started on 8/28/2008.I placed a online order to WuYi tea for a free trial order ,for only shipping and handling$2.95.After recieving the tea and i had tried the tea within 14 days the tea made me sick.so i called the co.told them to discontuine my orders if any and i was told by the rep.to return the unused tea.which i did.

My credit card was charged 9/4/08 $4.95.then on 10/04/2008 a membership fee of $9.95 was cahrged to my card as well.then on 10/9/08 $4.95 another charge.summary so far a charges of $2.95,$4.95,$9.95,$4.95.that is for this product.WuYi Tea.

I read a report from CNN,AND OPRAH that this new weight loss product of AccaiBerri with the use of Total Cleanse was fanstatic !!so i went online found the reports and ordered the products.11/10/08 $4.95 was the charge for the shipping onlyon the Accai berri,acciburn. and the Total Cleanse $5.95 free trial on both products.
then i recieved a email stating co.could not send the Acciberri ,acciburn and would refund the $4.95.on 11/13/08 they refunded my credit card the $4.95 .
then shortly after that i recieved the Total cleanse tablets which i tired and it also made me sick.so i contacted the co.and told them i could not take them not to continue my order a rep told me to return the unused item which i did. but the co.kept charging my credit card on 11/14/08 $4.95. so at this time this put my credit card in unsuffient funds which cahrged me $20.00.on 11/16/08.then another charge of $5.95 on 11/24/08 was also charged so once again it overdrew my account another $20.00.then another charge on 12/04/08 $4.95 to account again.after repeated attempts to clear these charges up and many calls made the membership charge is the only refund i have recieved thus far!summary of charges 11/10/08 $4.95,11/13/08 refund $4.95. then 11/14/08 $4.95 charge 11/16/08 $20.00 overdraft charge 11/24/08 $5.95 charge 11/25/08 another $20.00 overdraft charge again 12/04/08 $4.95.As of 12/08/08 i have tried to contact the companies and the reps. cheryl,genia.and a specialist katherine states cannot help me.

what a Scam!! i was told by one rep.genia that the co, had set up two accounts under my email name and my real name ??non of which the specialist could find.the worst part of all these charges,i went to use my card to send some care packages to my son,who is a Sgt.in the U.S.Army serving his third tour in IRAQ and i was unable due to no funds. that is when i went and look up all these charges from these companies.I am so upset with this and i still didnt loose any weight !!in hope you can understand this story. and all these charges. i just want what is right to be refunded to my credit card! I just cant believe CNN, AND OPRAH have said that is a good product and company!

please help me in any way ! I will from now on pay more attention of all charges on my account as well as ordering online> I have thought about contacting CNN AND OPRAH SHOW re: these compainies.
