I ordered Wuyi tea online. It was an intro offer for S/H price. I ordered nothing else. I paid that on Jan. credit card bill for $6.95. This months bill has a charge of $37 for the tea and a company called IW / Living Lean Las Vegas NV charged me $19.95. I never heard of this company and there is no telephone number on the CC statement, either. If I had not read the report on this company, I would never have put the two together.

I called to get this off my account and the rep said I would have to send back the unused portion. I asked if they were going to pay the shipping and he said no. But that is the only way I can get this off my account. I received emails offering more tea for reduced prices and never took them up. I even emailed them back to the same. I don't know if this company is under the radar and going to close shop after ripping everyone off, but something has to be done.

Phone number - Wu-Yi Tea and Living Lean - Las Vegas

AUTHOR: Lysda - (Canada)

POSTED: Friday, March 28, 2008

Hi Susan!

I want to thank you for reminding me about the Living Lean Program... I was looking for Wu-Yi site and accidentally saw your comment.

I called the 2 different numbers for Wu-Yi and they don't work so I went on their site and used the Live Chat and they canceled the auto ship for the tea. I then asked them about canceling the Living Lean Program and they gave me the phone number which is 1-866-396-5711.

When you ordered the tea it was a free trial for 14 days and then you were charged 29.95 and it was mentioned that you were automatically enrolled in the weight loss program Living Lean and the first month was free (following months 19.95) but there is no mention of how to reach them. Their site is www.livinglean.net. I called to cancel and although the lady tried her best to sell me the program, it was canceled.

We all have a tendency of not reading the small print (I'm guilty myself), we find it too long and that's what the companies are counting on but it is also how they get us by saying it was written in "Terms and Conditions".

I hope that this helps you or any other person in the same situation.
