Www.access4you.de Unauthorized charge for $19.95 to my debit card made by "buy.access4you.de" Grasbrunn, Germany Internet

Today, I was looking over my bank statement and I noticed a strange charge for $19.95 on July31, 2004 from buy.access4you.de. I then accessed the website and found that it is a company out of Germany. There is absolutely nothing on the site stating what this company is or anything.

I then clicked on the "Helpdesk" area of the site and it stated that if I wanted to dispute charges on my credit card, that I needed to submit a form to them stating what the "last eight numbers of my card" were. They must think I'm a real idiot! I wrote them an email, explained that they weren't getting my card number, but that I was going to report the charges as fraudulent to my bank and cancel my card. I got a response almost immediately (and it wasn't a form letter!)that they still needed more information from me before they could tell me what the charges were for.

This is ridiculous!!! I called my bank, cancelled my card and the customer service rep I spoke with told me that I needed to come in on Monday to the bank and fill out a charge dispute form and that the charge would be investigated....so we will see. I guess what I don't understand is that I have been buying stuff off of the internet for years now and I have never had a problem. Why all of a sudden? How does someone get my banking information off of my computer?
