Below is the e-mail that I wrote to these ripoff artists, explaining why I want my money back.  I never even received a response, let alone my refund.                       ------------------------------------------------------------------

Subject: Request for refund of $37.20 CAD WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM NOW

Explanation:

Following your e-mail to me, dated March 15, 2010, I joined Mailer #2, and sent out both bulk mailers #1 and #2. There has not been even one response from anybody. Today, when I tried to login to Mailer #2, the message said that I did not respond to the confirmation e-mail. The confirmation e-mail says: "DO NOT REPLY." You can stick your confirmation e-mail where the sun doesnt shine.

I asked you "Whats Wrong?" You know whats wrong, but you dont tell. Ive figured it out. These so-called "targeted double-opt-in" recipients are your victims of your forced spam e-mail hostages. You dont call it spam, but I do. The e-mails that you send are even worse than spam, because you have a condition of agreement to it. These e-mails that these 2.3 million people get (or so you say) are all unsolicited, unwanted and unwelcome. The recipients have no desire to do anything with them. Perhaps they open them, and perhaps they read them before deleting them. But not one of them has any intention of responding to any e-mails that come through you. That's what's wrong, and that's why I have not had even one response.

If you claim that 2.3 million people ate live worms, but neglect to say that you first tied their hands and feet, and then rammed the live worms down their throats, that doesnt change the fact that the live worms go through them and out the other end, and into the toilet, where they belong, AND WHERE ALL E-MAILS SENT THROUGH YOU ALSO BELONG. You are running a garbage operation, and I refuse just to click on "delete my account" and let you get away with keeping my money. If I had invested $37.20 CAD in manure, then I could at least use it in my garden. With your stuff, I cant even do that.

I am giving you 48 hours from now to give me my money back. Otherwise, a copy of this e-mail goes to Ripoff Report, and to Clickbank, and to PayPal. And thats just for starters.
