www.brainhost.com have lost my web sites and will not even attempt to contact me or retreive them ohio Ohio

Over all this has been the worst company i have dealt with over the years. Recently they did a major change to their data base and made some drastic changes, I was informed and understood that i would not be effected ,except that this change would improve their ability to serve their customers. Just after this update i was able to access my 2 sites that they hosted for me  www.readycampamerica.com   and  www.earthheavenrelations.com  this ability to access them only lasted about 2 days. Then the site earthheavenrelations site would only appear as a index page with nothing on it.  the other site readycampamerica  had a site on it that i had with them years ago that was canceled and had nothing to do with camping. I have emailed them repeatedly and tried to call [ phone line is always busy and i have left them my number also] and nothing has happened.  I have tried to send an email every week about this and have ask them to locate my real sites and put them back up. They keep sending out that they where able to access them and that they are working great,  Well thats a bunch of S''' and they know it, I have not payed the invoices that due on them and fear i may have lost my sites and that they may be sold off due to lack of payment.  I refused to pay for them until they correct the information and put my legal sites back up, would be interested in a class action if enough could be gathered to do this.   they are one place if you thinking of a hosting to stay away from,  I have payed them quite a lot of money over time and to loose it because of their lack of business and know how to treat their customers ,   Thanks and be ware of this company
