I purchased a replacement battery from campus111.com. Their listed address on the website is PO Box 1131 Hillard, OH 43026-6131, phone number 1-614-360-3288 toll free 888-365-1440. When it finally arrived it was the incorrect or a defective battery. I called the toll free number it was disconnected. I called the other number and it was also disconnected. I tried to log into the site and it said customer not recognized. I finally contacted them by email. They want me to ship the battery back to China at my expense so they can look at it before they replace it. From my correspondence to them it is apparent they have no intention of replacing this product with the correct one.
