I contacted Alex Muriuki at alexwritingagency@yahoo.com to help me with an Essay for one of my University Courses. He told me that he would have no problem and that he already started working on it. He told me that once I pay he will send it to me within a couple hours. I sent him the money via Paypal to alexwritingagency@yahoo.com and he didn't send anything back to me. I emailed him telling him that I would contact paypal for this fraud he calls a business and he responded right away saying he already sent me the paper. I then emailed him back telling him that he never sent me anything and that I will be filing fraud against him with paypal and my bank. I also told him he won't get away with this, he responded with "watch me!!!" as the only sentence in his email.
If anyone is thinking of using this guy or his website http://classicessays.net, don't. Trust me on this one, he will rip you off. He will also try to convince you that the bad reviews you see about him all over google and here on ripoffreport.com are other companies that are just faking reviews to take away business from him. If you already paid him and got ripped off file a claim with paypal, if they can't help you then contact your banks fraud department like I did and they will reverse the charges and investigate this fraud. Don't let this person steal your money, I already got mine back thanks to the bank and they will do everything in their power to make sure this person doesn't rip anyone off again. Paypal has also been warned and told me themselves to file a claim with my bank for fraud. Good Luck out there, these people will do anything to separate your from your money.

I contacted my Bank and talked to the fraud and dispute department. Paypal unfortunately does not protect the buyer when the transaction is for goods or services that are not tangible. Since the buyer can't prove that he didn't receive a paper and it's your word against theirs. I had proof in an email from Alex basically telling me to watch him get away with ripping me off. He told me he sent the paper and then never responded again. After I emailed him telling him that he won't get away with this, he responded with a one line sentence saying, "watch me". Paypal didn't want to hear it, but my bank sure did. Just call your bank and tell them you got ripped off and never got what you paid for. It's unfortunate that people like Alex get away with this kind of theft, but what goes around comes around. Personally, I would never trust these online writing services, they know less about writing than most high school and college students. They are usually from different countries and give you papers full of plagiarism and grammar errors. It's honestly easier to write your own paper then deal with these crooks.
Hopefully you get refunded by your bank and they can put a stop to this criminal stealing money from people. If enough people start complaining about this shady service, paypal will suspend or even remove their account. Good Luck! :)
