I ordered the dvd complete set of Columbo. I waited for an email to state that they processed my order on 12/05/09. Even since, they have never once answered my emails and so far there have been four sent. No telephone numbers in which to call, no tracking numbers in which to located, and the only emails are the ones before my order was placed from Tracey Wallace. (tvdvdsupport@gmail.com)
